Marc Ganem, MD WAS past-President died unexpectedly on June 12, 2011

Marc Ganem, MD, Sexologist, Obstetrician and Gynecologist, WAS President 2001-2005 and President of the World Congress of Sexology in 2001, died suddently and unexpectedly and  of an apparent massive heart attack on June 12, 2011 just before the Opening Ceremony of the World Congress of Sexual Health in Glasgow, Scotland. 

The world mourns his death and, as friends and colleagues, we are deeply saddened by this tragic death and wish to recognize his enormous contributions to the field of sexology and sexual health.
